W zeszłym tygodniu nasi przyjaciele z Motali otrzymali od nas świąteczną paczkę. W podziękowaniu przesyłają list oraz zdjęcia z ich największego święta św. ŁUCJI, podczas którego paczka została oficjalnie otwarta, a słodycze przekazane uczniom i nauczycielom.
Do podziekowań dołączono życzenia świąteczne oraz noworoczne.
Dear friends,
Now we have ended school for this year and having holliday to the 9th of January. On Thursday evening we had the finishingcermonie with the 9th graders presenting the Luciatrain, as we call it. It\'s a very honorable mission for them and the girl who is elected as Lucia is always very proud but also very nervous. But everything went well and it was a nice evening.
Evan Santa Claus came and visited us with some small gifts to the students and the teachers handed out the students grades.
Tuesday the 13th was the real Luciacelebration and during that cermonie I officially opened a big package from south west of Poland... From you all! Was so nice of you to send it to us and all the staff and students was overwhelmed. We Swedes are very found of candy and Polish candy is one of the best we ever tasted, maybe the best of all! I divided the candy so that every class got their share and during the last day every class tasted it with great joy and pleasure.
Thank you very much for the kind gift! But have to say, next time Santa comes to Opole, and this time he comes from Motala. We promise!
All the students and staffmembers want to wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year and we hope to see you all soon.
Best wishes
Peder with the students and teachers from Fria Intermiliaschool, Motala, Sweden
